Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was very disappointing overall. The rooms were small, outdated, and uncomfortable, with no windows and even a broken toilet. The staff were rude, unwelcoming, and unhelpful, causing us to cut short our stay. The location and view did not make up for the poor conditions and service, leading to a ruined holiday experience.
The hotel is in a convenient location with great views of Valetta, close to many restaurants and shops, but the rooms need refurbishment and lack soundproofing. The service is outstanding, despite some issues during the night. The dining options are limited but satisfactory, and the facilities are decent.
