The hotel was very disappointing overall. The rooms were small, outdated, and uncomfortable, with no windows and even a broken toilet. The staff were rude, unwelcoming, and unhelpful, causing us to cut short our stay. The location and view did not make up for the poor conditions and service, leading to a ruined holiday experience.
